Trauma Informed Supervision

This program looks at the trauma we can experience within or own organizations, as well as the long term impact of trauma, and how this combination can affect employee engagement.

Just as importantly, it covers what you can do about it within your organization. Specifically geared toward management, the training teaches managers how to integrate the science of trauma into the way they work with their employees.
